Once the employment contract is signed, Sky Blue International Overseas Pvt. Ltd. takes care of the final procedure, which is travel arrangement. We understand the importance of convenience for both the employee and the employer, and therefore, we handle complete travel arrangements through our Global Services Office (GSO).
Our travel management services include
Ticketing
We arrange and provide the necessary air tickets for the employee's travel from their home country to the designated remote region. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free journey.
Travel Assistance
We offer comprehensive travel assistance to facilitate the mobilization and demobilization of the manpower. Our services cover various aspects of travel, including guidance on procedures, ensuring smooth airport transfers, and providing support throughout the journey.
Visa Assistance
We handle the visa process and provide assistance in obtaining the required visa for the employee. This includes handling the necessary official documents, such as the original passport and the government's approval letter. We ensure that all the travel-related documents are in order before the employee's departure.
Document Familiarization
We acquaint the employee with all the necessary traveling procedures to reach their destination without any complexities. We provide detailed information on collecting the visa from the visa counter at the concerned airport. In case the visa is not endorsed before departure, we guide the employee on contacting the immigration authority for visa endorsement.
